Summary 

Quality is the basis for success of all companies; in this case it does not mean that only a derivative product should be of a good quality, it is important that the internal processes of the company and all the simple actions be of a high quality. Each employee must have an integrated vision that the quality work done by them will benefit not only company but also them personally. The quality company becomes more efficient, more flexible, which ultimately turns into its competitive advantage. Quality should be the culture of the company and one of the main goals, but the most important and at the same time the most difficult to take this to each employee. For the company to become fully oriented on quality it is important that every employee should believe in this and be quality oriented in everyday activities. The aggravation of competition has strengthened business attention to the quality problem and today there is a systemic approach that discusses the quality of the issue not only in the context of the particular enterprise. The difference opinion has been observed in relation with the term "quality", but today it can be said that there is some compromise in this regard and this term is related to the possibility of consumption of goods by consumers. Quality is the combination of the product characteristics, which determines its ability to satisfy customer's current or approximate requirements at the certain level.

Technologies and communication achievements have led countries to great rivalry and economic competitions, with new results achieved daily. In order to survive in the existing world order, it will be possible to offer products and services that satisfy customer’s needs and expectations in all sectors. This will be possible only by using the quality management system that starts from design and continues to sell products and services, and aims the continuous improvement. The quality management system helps us to constantly monitor and manage the quality in parallel to any operation and focuses on the ways through which we can achieve consistent performance and service.
